Documentary Session 

¥20,000, including tax

The session includes:

• Approximately 60–90 minutes of photography

• At least 40 carefully selected and edited digital photographs

• Online delivery of your digital photographs

• Two 2L-size prints, approximately 127 × 178 mm, selected by the photographer

• Printing and postage

• A pre-session consultation by email

The session length may vary slightly depending on your child’s needs and the nature of the session.

Travel expenses and any admission fees, venue fees, or photography permit fees are not included.

About the Session 

 Your child’s pace comes first 

Your child will never be pressured to smile, pose, or behave in a particular way for the camera.

If they need time to feel comfortable, prefer to keep their distance, or become deeply absorbed in something, those moments are respected as part of who they are.

Natural connections between family members 

Alongside a few photographs looking toward the camera, I photograph the moments when your family talks, plays, explores, and shares the same view.

A more traditional portrait of the whole family can also be included upon request.

A perspective shaped by early childhood education 

I have worked with children in early childhood education for more than 20 years.

I pay attention not only to expression, but also to gestures, gaze, distance, movement, and the ways children relate to people and places.

These small details often reveal something essential about who a child is.

From Enquiry to Delivery  

1. Enquiry

Please share your preferred date or season, location, and the kind of moments you would like photographed.

You are also welcome to get in touch before the details have been decided.

2. Planning the Session

We will discuss the date, location, and session details by email.

Please let me know about anything your child enjoys, as well as any needs or sensitivities you would like me to be aware of.

3. Booking and Reservation Fee

Once the session details are confirmed, a reservation fee of ¥5,000 is required.

Your booking is confirmed once the payment has been received. The reservation fee forms part of the total session fee.

4. The Session

We will spend approximately 60–90 minutes together, following your child’s pace and the natural rhythm of the day.

5. Editing and Final Payment

Your photographs will be carefully selected and edited within approximately two weeks of the session.

You will then receive a payment request for the remaining balance of ¥15,000.

6. Delivery 

Once the final payment has been received, your digital photographs will be delivered online.

Two photographer-selected 2L-size prints will also be sent to you by post.

Privacy  

breath of green respects each child’s privacy and right to control how their image is used.

If photographs from your session may be considered for use on the breath of green website, social media, portfolio materials, or printed publications, your preferences will be requested during the formal booking process.

Before any photograph is published, you will be shown the photograph and told where it will appear. No photograph will be published without your approval.

Your decision will not affect the session, price, or number of photographs delivered.
